The 2016 Creative Problem Solving Toolkit
Every year most businesses deal with hundreds, if not thousands of ‘problems’. Most of them we manage to fix easily, but others are more complex and difficult to deal with.
My belief is that if a problem keeps occurring no matter how many times we think we’ve fixed it, then we need to come at the problem from a different angle.
We have put together a toolkit of creativity and problem solving tools that you can keep on hand to help deal with ANY problem or opportunity (because a problem really IS just an opportunity) that comes your way.
Each of our toolkits starts with a ‘questionnaire’. This will help you find your starting point before you rush into another year of potential ‘quick fixing’:

- Top Up Your Toolbox by Derek Cheshire
