Each section of the process is peppered with challenging questions and the author strongly recommends that after you contemplate the appropriate answers to the questions, that you schedule the necessary time in your calendar to complete
the various tasks.
And of course this is where life becomes difficult because thinking alone will not get you the life of your dreams - action is required.
The author also suggests that the reader may find it helpful to work through this
process with a partner, friend or professional coach because sharing the process enables the reader to create a higher level of accountability while also acquiring feedback, encouragement and input.
