You are simply trying to identify the best potential candidates for your organisation and quickly get rid of those who do not fit your needs. CV screening is an imprecise process, CV’s are very easy to “dress-up”, the truth is easily stretched and a piece of paper doesn’t really tell you much about a person. For this reason you must be prepared for a decent interview process once you have identified your candidates.
