What motivates people to change jobs?



1. Greater opportunities for advancement

2. Better compensation and benefits

3. More challenging work

4. Better fit for skill set

5. More learning opportunities

 

These are the go-getters. People you won't want to lose. So if you have people like this in your organisation (and you will) make sure you have regular 1:1s with them to test their boredom levels. When they get bored they will start looking elsewhere. Ann
