Mark Eaton 

Mark is an award winning leader of transformational change programmes in manufacturing and healthcare. Mark has designed, established and led a wide range of change programmes including flagship government programmes and has written a number of regional and national improvement strategies.

An author of three books and with over 50 published articles to his name, Mark is also a regular speaker at conferences and seminars. Mark is the Chair of the Manufacturing Professional Network of the Institute of Engineering & Technology and a member of their Healthcare Executive and was awarded the Viscount Nuffield Medal in 2004 for his contribution to UK Manufacturing.
