The One Biggest way I know to Increase Your Sales


If I could highlight the biggest idea that has made the biggest difference to the clients business's I have worked with in the last 10 years it would be this...

It's an idea that once you implement it will... 

increase your sales 
increase your transaction size 
Increase the quality of client you deal with 
Decrease the amount of time you spend dealing with small cloient 

Ok here it is... 

Step 1 - Look at the biggest client you are dealing with today. 
Step 2 - Identify the common traits that client has that makes them a great client for you 
Step 3 - look for more clients that fit that profile and make a list of them 
Step 4 - start actively marketing to that list of clients 

If you do this you will be blown out of the water with what it will 
do to your sales. 

And sure, there is a whole heap of steps, tools, scripts and process's that go 
into HOW you go about effectively approaching this list of ideal clients but just making 
a conscious shift into being clear on who represents your best type client will in 
and of itself make a difference. 

After all you can't hit the target that you don't aim for.
