How To Learn, Unlearn, Relearn In One Stimulating Day
I was the opening speaker at the recent CI Forum (Continuous Improvement Forum). My topic was â€˜Boiled Frogs and Faulty Guillotines' which deals with resistance to change and shares some basic tools for getting people and organizations out of â€˜stuck', because as Jack Welsh once said: â€˜When the rate of change outside the organization exceeds the rate of change within the organization, the end is in sight.'
