Terms and conditions of License Purchase & Use

THE CORPORATE TOOL-BOX™ LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. By clicking the link “Yes, I Accept” at the bottom of this document you consent that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions of use that pertain to the product in question: “XXX” (hereafter “licence”, “licenced product”). Additionally, you agree to be bound by the obligations set out below and clearly understand any consequences that may be set in place if you breach these terms.
2. Copyright is a serous policy and protects our author’s work throughout the sales and usage of their product.
   1. This License is for the sole use of the purchaser as detailed on the web form filled out by the purchaser.
   2. You may not copy, record, lend, broadcast, distribute or on-sell all or any part of this Licensed product.
   3. All material is the copyright (©) of its author and/or The Corporate Tool-box™ and is sold strictly on the condition and understanding that the Licensee understands and respects the copyright laws that are covered by the governing laws of New Zealand.
   4. You may not make any changes to the materials under any circumstances for your own financial gain or redistribution. The product must be used and conveyed as specified by the enclosed instructions in the package provided on purchasing this licence.
   5. The Licensee shall not train or allow any other trainers, facilitators or other person whatsoever to use the course materials or to deliver the services using the course materials.
   6. Nor shall the name – The Corporate Tool-box™ – be used in promotion or conveying of the course materials enclosed in the resource pack.
   7. Any improper use of the material (i.e. distributing via networks including, but not limited to: Youtube, Myspace, Facebook, BitTorrent, Peer To Peer sharing or any similar platform); any inappropriate behaviour which brings the author or The Corporate Toolbox™ into disrepute will not be tolerated.
   8. Should any of the conditions of use herein become breached by the licencee, any license can be withdrawn with no recompense at the sole dicression of The Corporate Toolbox™ and/or any copyright holder of the Licence.
3. Warranty and Guarantee.
4. The licence in question is provided “as is” and without warranty or guarantee of support in any way.
5. Neither The Corporate Tool-box™ nor the author of the License you have purchased guarantee any level of success or profit you may or may not henceforth gain from your use of the material. The License is a tool provided for the payment previously agreed to, but your ultimate success is reliant on your own skills and experience. To assist you to get the best out of your License we recommend that you:
   • follow the reasonable standards and other reasonable instructions or recommendations as may be given in the material;
   • endeavour at all times to attain the highest standards of presentation and operation of The Corporate Tool-box™ materials and services;
   • maintain high standards of presentation materials i.e. workbooks.
