About the Authors

Gaynor O'Neil, Certified Recruitment Consultant has founded seven recruitment consultancies. She has written several books concerning career matters, one of them sponsored by a national bank, and was employed as a weekly columnist for a countrywide newspaper, writing about vocational opportunities. Gaynor held the role of director of a Resume writing service that later became a franchise operation.

Tom O'Neil, B Soc.Sci. (Psych) MRCSA, has been strongly involved in the human resources and recruitment environment for the last fifteen years. Previously Thomas worked as a Consultant / Manager for international consulting firms including Deloittes and specializes in human resource systems design and management. He is currently Managing Director of an international Resume writing service.
