Greg Roworth has been exactly where you are. He has owned and operated five businesses since the age of twenty-three, almost thirty years ago. During that time, he's been through almost all the problems that small business owners encounter.

He's had great years, and he's nearly gone broke. He's tried to go it alone, and he's worked with mentors. He thought he could do it all. Then he realized he needed to learn much more.  When he realized he had a lot to learn, he did a lot of reading, and he studied for a university degree in business management while still running his business. What he learned helped him create a successful business, and people started asking him for advice. What a turnaround! he enjoyed sharing his experience and skills with other businesses owners. After a while he decided to sell his business and go into consulting. Later, he decided to do more study, and he eventually qualified as a chartered accountant and went on to gain a Master of Business Administration degree. He also spent some time working as a consultant for one of the Big Four accounting firms.

He is now a shareholder and director in two businesses, and has sold three others. Over the past fourteen years, he's spent most of his time working as a consultant and building his own practice, which went international last year. He's worked with hundreds, if not thousands, of business owners and achieved universal success with those that implemented his advice. He'd like to share some of that knowledge with you in this book.
