What is your company policy on texting and social networking sites at work?

I would be interested to hear how organisations handle this. One client of mine totally forbids the use of cellphones and social networking during work - and another says that he doesn't mind people doing either so long as they don't abuse the privilege.

Just wondered what other business - small, medium and large - do with this dilemma. ann
