What is the MOST irritating invention of the last 20 years?
I've just been reading an hilarious article about the most irritating inventions of the last decade (though I have been generous and given you 20 years)- in this case the author decided that for him it was:
* Ipods - causing deafness in our young (though according to him they never listen anyway so no loss)!
* Ipod bleed (the tinny sound other people hear when the young have their Ipods turned to maximum sound)
* the tuneless humming the young make when they are trying to sing along to their Ipods
* Cellphones - which are left on desks while their owner is absent and ring and ring and ring
* Ring tones on cellphones - which are left on desks etc etc
* People who talk LOUDLY on their cellphones in confined spaces - like lifts or cafes
