The most terrifying question successful businesses need to ask

It takes years in most cases to become successful and then the terrifying question has to be asked:

WHAT NEXT?

Because just as you are sitting back thinking you have made it, sure as anything someone is out there either copying what you do or preparing to undercut you or join forces with someone else to wipe you out.

Look at what is happening to Google - Microsoft is joining forces with Rupert Murdoch to take them on ....so success is (or can be) a very temporary thing. Hopefully Google are one step ahead because lets face it where would we be without them - there isn't a day goes by that I don't google something.
