1. Having a great idea but being under capitalised to get it off the ground (though there are always ways around that and I certainly would never let finances prevent me from doing something I really believed in)
2. Not having done any market research (does anyone actually want what you have created)
3. Not having staying power. Every idea or venture needs time to get off the ground, sadly we have developed an 'overnight' success mentality where everything like hard work is taken out of the equation
