It's quicker (and safer) to do it myself!
How many times have you heard yourself saying that? Weekly? Daily? Hourly?
And yes it probably is quicker and safer to do things yourself - but if that is your thinking - as a business owner or manager or team leader you are on the first rung of the burn-out ladder.
Teaching other people how to do things takes time - but not teaching them (if you have staff) will cause bored workers who will either leave and go somewhere else or stay and cause mischief.
And if you don't have staff I know the rationale is 'I can't afford to pay someone' - well if you are serious about your business, you can't afford NOT to pay people to do the $15 an hour jobs.
