William Gresse, founder and CEO of Appraisal Smart Pty Ltd, obtained his BA Honours Degree in Training Management in 1987, cum laude. He has 28 years experience in the HR field.
William has been custom-designing Performance Management and Employee Performance Appraisal/Review Systems for organizations (large and small) since 1996.
