She project managed the creation and updating of Canadian statutes databases for Quicklaw Incorporated, and helped to implement and manage an innovative college peer writing tutoring program.
As a freelance communications expert, she had created and instructed business writing workshops, and produced documentation - proposals, manuals and public relations materials - for corporate and non-profit organizations. Her articles appear in print and online, and her first crime novel was shortlisted for the 2011 Debut Dagger Award by the Crime Writers Association of the U.K.
