Michael Beale

Michael is the founder and director of PPI Business NLP, an oranisation dedicated to unlocking people's potential. The goal of his business is to serve as a pragmatic NLP resource for business and the community, and as a centre of excellen ce. Michael is continually looking for the best way of doing things, whether they are new, or tried and true.

Michael's interest in NLP comes from two key applications. As a personal development tool, NLP can help individuals thrive in today's ever-changing business and social environments.  As a modelling tool, NLP can help us "benchmark" and replicate excellent performance.

Michael does not see himself as an NLP trainer, but rather as a facilitator, and at times a coach. The fact that he is not a trainer may be his biggest strength. He helps people get results because he demonstrate what he actually does, and then allow others to prove to themselves what works. 

Before running PPI Business NLP full time Michael was employed as Strategy Development Manager for BT plc, working on developing their capabilities around business process outsourcing among other things. He was fortunate to have received the full support of BT in his pursuit of becoming an NLP trainer. Michael also has 14 years of experience in sales and marketing for BT, 3M, and ITT, and 9 years of experience working as a retail buyer and merchandise controller for B&Q, Argos, and Boots.
