He loves using his creativity to design meetings (a Meeting Architect) and he particularly loves the buzz when people realise the meeting he is facilitating is not just another boring presentation fest but a chance to converse and create and achieve things.

• Think flexibly, communicate powerfully and act with agility - all needed for the creative process
• Innovate in a structured and creative way
John served in the RAF for eleven years, and subsequently joined Visa International becoming a Senior Vice President, with senior management experience across areas including business, education, customer service and technology support. A course on Creativity and Innovation (Open University) changed my life and when I got the opportunity I established Yes!
John works internationally on a regular basis, in Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa and am an experienced multi cultural facilitator.
He is also a tutor on the Open University MBA, Creativity and Innovation programme.
