Following a successful career as National Sales and Marketing Manager of Telford Hotels and International Sales Manager for Centralian Hotels, Jenny changed direction to telephone selling.
From 1991 – 1997, through direct mail and telemarketing campaigns, Jenny successfully promoted Tom Hopkins, Anthony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, numerous Sales Congresses, James Rohn, Brian Tracy, Denis Waitley, Harvey Mackay, Michael Gerber and Jay Abraham.
Jenny is now an accredited tele-sales trainer and conducts in-house customised sales, telesales and customer service training around Australia.
More then 20,000 people have attended her public seminars which she not only runs for herself but also for the Australian Telesales Association and the Recruitment Consulting Association of Australia. .
In 2007 she wrote and published the book “Don’t Get Hung Up!” (How to Sell Products and Services by Phone) which is in bookshops today. She also co-authored the book “Secrets of Top Sales Professionals” which is in bookshops all over the world.
Jenny has been an active member of Business SWAP (Salespeople with a Purpose) for 20 years and was President of Pioneer Business SWAP 2006 - 2007. She is also a member of the Australian Teleservices Association and Chatswood Chamber of Commerce. She was awarded "National Salesperson of the Year" by the Business SWAP organization in 1993, “National Business SWAP of the Year” in 1996 and 2004 and “Telemarketer of the Year” in 1995. She was awarded Graduate status of Coach-U in 1998 and certified as a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association in 2008.
