Extended DISC is a far more revealing tool and the on-line questionnaire method is easy and quick for people to use. Just for the record, I am a Coach and as such have been exposed to many types of behavioural analysis tools over the years. Nearly 3 years ago I searched for the best available analysis tool and without doubt Extended DISC is that tool. Just as important, the service and support from Extended DISC is exceptional. Extended DISC is indeed a very valuable tool for your coaching business and utilised well will provide you with additional income. You mention using Extended DISC as an additional tool for working with teams and yes, Extended DISC is superb for that however it is also brilliant for getting a fast-track start to 1:1 coaching as well. For both you and your client to understand their behavioural style from the outset of a coaching program gives you a great head start and will accelerate your coaching results. With regard to clients been able to access Disc online, I would make 2 brief points:

• Extended DISC is far superior to standard Disc
• On their own your clients will not even get close to the results they will get with a skilled Coach assisting them in using the valuable information contained in an Extended DISC analysis.
