Ed Bernacki created the Idea Factory to help people and organizations be more innovative. His background with Associations is extensive including spending five years with the Ontario Soccer Association as its Director of Marketing.
As a speaker and writer on innovative thinking, Ed Bernacki has a special interest in making conferences more innovative. Aside from his engaging presentations, he also wrote "Why do people go to conferences, make notes and never look at them again? Seven Rules for designing more innovative conferences". This book helps people to design conferences that create more value. Ed Bernacki is also the author of I Am An Idea Factory.
He also co-created the Conference Navigator Guides, "Wow! That's a Great Idea!" that is a conference journal and guide on innovative thinking at conferences in one. Navigator Guides are used by many Associations with great results.
