Business Coaching

Even Tiger Woods has a Coach! Smart business recognise the value of coaching their staff - even managers

Business coaching is one of those things that most businesses don't realise they need.

Business coaching and training at all levels is often the first thing most organisations cut back on or stop altogether in a recession. Yet it is the very worst thing and the most short-sighted thing a company can do.

Zig Ziglar once said that there was only one thing worse than training staff and having them leave, and that was not training them and having them stay!  It's true.  Companies that continue to invest in their management training, leadership courses and staff courses perform better than those that don't.  And in difficult economic times, you get a double-edge benefit.

Firsty because your competitors stop investing in their people; their results deteriorate but because you chose to keep training and upskilling your staff, your results leave them for dust. Even during a recession, training and upskilling your staff will pay you back ten-fold in bottom line results.

The obvious leadership and development and learning is in better sales courses but what about a time management training? If you get your people using their time better, think how much more profit you can make?

Think about how effective your employees are in these key areas:

  1. Coping with change
  2. Sales skills
  3. Time management
  4. Customer care
  5. Problem solving
  6. Constant improvement
  7. Quality control
  8. Managing efficiencies and reducing waste

And given these challenging economic times, how will you and your employees cope with stress levels?

Management and development training is a small investment for a massive return in motivation and profits.
