How America Could Get Out Of It’s Economic Woes
During the last 15 years, publicly listed US corporations have wasted between five and ten trillion US dollars on bonuses to maintain their costly war for talent which led to the lay off of millions of experienced, older employees with great networks to customers.
If the US economy regulates bonuses or taxes them, growth will be exponential in the US and all the companies that suffered from permanently shrinking employee to customer networks will have a growth potential like never before.
With US$5 trillion that wouldn’t need to be paid as bonuses but could be used to create jobs, 50,000,000 (fity millions) people could be employed. Even if they were paid an average of US$100,000 per year, it would still be possible.
If Barack Obama can influence this trend, and he has already started, America could have an annual growth rate exceeding 10% and would outperform the annual growth rate of the People's Republic of China.
However, if the US continues to pay bonuses like before, the US will, according to William Edwards Deming, simply go collectively bankrupt!
The US almost has no other choice then to grow the economy, to stop wasting money on useless bonuses, to start offer more jobs and to stop the War for Talent!
