<p><strong>Who Are Our Contributors?</strong></p>
<p>All of our contributors are authors, consultants, trainers and or professional speakers with at least 15 years' experience in their field. That's your guarantee of our product quality.</p>
<p><strong>How Are We Different?</strong></p>
<p>Most training websites promote products created by just one person, often on just one topic. The Corporate Tool-box<sup>TM</sup> actively sources products from a huge range of fields and countries around the world, keep us at the forefront of the corporate training world. </p>
<p><strong>How It All Began</strong> </p>
<p>As an in-house human resources practitioner and HR consultant and self-managing team specialist for over 15 years, I soon realised that to help as many businesses as I wanted to, I had to find a way to multiply myself.</p>
<p>My first attempt involved franchising my proven 6-step team process. This took a year in development to create how-to manuals, workshops, and step-by-step instructions so that anyone could use my system and create their own programs. </p>
<p>In just 18 months I signed up 11 wonderful people who were absoluted committed and very excited about becoming team trainers and facilitators. And then disaster struck: mysteriously, one-by-one they gave up their dream and returned to the world of paid employment. My eureka moment came when I realised that because they had all come from the secure world of full-time employment they had no idea about the realities of building a business and being a franchisee. Although they had all the training materials, one-on-one training and support in the world they still faced the challenge to get networking, get marketing and get themselves some clients. </p>
<p>When my final three franchisees decided to get 'real' jobs again, I knew that I had to make some tough decisions. Did I want to start the franchisee recruitment process all over again? I certainly knew a lot more than before about the challenges that the franchisees would face, and could perhaps better prepare them. In the end, however, I decided that my heart wasn't in starting all over again. So I too went back to what was familiar to me: corporate training, facilitating teams, and helping to grow other people's businesses - all on the hours for dollars treadmill. </p>
<p>Magically, I then had the great fortune to attend an entrepreneurs' workshop in Belgium where groups of very successful business people gathered around a table with the aim of taking one person's business model apart and suggesting ways to improve it - and they chose my business model. After much debate and lots of exciting ideas, their recommendation was for me to become a marketer of mine and other expert trainers business and training materials.</p>
<p>They felt that my many years of experience working with business teams, plus the learning I had gathered through the franchising years was not wasted; that learning what not to do can often be as valuable as knowing what you do want to do. </p>
<p>The flight back home to New Zealand gave me plenty of time to think through the options. But in the end for me, it was a no-brainer. And so The Corporate Tool-box was born!</p>

<p>I now have a team of seven amazing people working with me on this exciting business. We pride ourselves on having a constantly updated range of the very best leading-edge business and training products from around the world for:</p>
